Imaninia was born and raised on the east side of chicago. she grew up in a huge artistic family that prioritized ancestral worship and cultural awareness. imaninia adores black literature written by admirable women. most importantly she’s passionate about human rights. imaninia has experienced being front line in protesting and organizing marches. After witnessing and personally experiencing the backlash and injustices our communities face she took initiative to find her own way to give back to her community.
